Street art safaris through Singapore's painted lanes

Local tour guide in Singapore, Singapore.

I picked up a spray can at nineteen and a camera at twenty, and I have been documenting Singapore's street art scene ever since. I know the artists behind the murals, the stories coded into the walls, and the back lanes where new pieces appear overnight. My walks connect the dots between heritage shophouse murals and the underground scene most tours never mention. Comfortable shoes and curiosity required; artistic talent optional.

Street Art Hunt: Murals, Lanes & the Artists Behind Them

Hunt murals across Chinatown, Kampong Glam, and the hidden lanes between them with a photographer from inside the scene. We decode heritage murals painted from old photographs, find the newest unsanctioned pieces, and talk about making street art in the world's most regulated city. Ends with a hands-on stencil session.
