Southern Ridges canopy walks above the city

Local tour guide in Singapore, Singapore.

I am a former park ranger who spent six years maintaining the trails I now guide. The Southern Ridges is my favourite classroom: nine kilometres of connected ridgeline where sea eagles ride thermals over Henderson Waves and the forest hums before the city wakes. I walk slowly on purpose. There are sunbirds to spot, wartime hills to explain, and one particular bench with the best skyline view nobody knows about.

Southern Ridges Sunrise Canopy Walk

Beat the heat and the crowds on a ridgeline walk connecting three parks high above the city. We cross the sculptural Henderson Waves at golden hour, spot sunbirds and white-bellied sea eagles from the canopy walkways, and climb Mount Faber for a skyline payoff. A former ranger's pace, with binoculars provided.
